|jim||Have a mf 230 diesel in pretty good shape. Am thinking of getting a newer tractor with a front end loader. Any ideas on what new tractors would be equivalent in pulling power and performance to my good ole 230?
|geoff Gane||Jim it all depends how new you want to upgrade to and how much you want to spend. If you are looking for a good used model one of the 300 series might be your best bet eg a 350,355,362..the newer ranges eg 4200 or 4300 may be a bit pricey yet the choice can only be yours. Why not go and see if there is anything at your local MF dealer where you can find out what prices are like and take it from there...Happy hunting...Geoff
