|deanna||My husband purchased a MF10 at a local yard sale, but it came with no instruction manuals. It already has a front end blade on it, but we need to remove that and put the mower blade on it. How do we properly install a mower blade on a MF10? Thanks.
Check for following
- Hook under centre to allow you to raise the deck
- a front bracket that attaches to two clevis pins at the front of the deck, clips on large front bumper
- two bosses one each side that attaches to the front end of upper mounting bars
- you must have the bars and the bracket to mount the mower.
All parts are fastened with spring clips.
I'm just restoring my old faithful and am looking for wheel hubs (discs) and a lighting kit.
Hope this helps.
