|cblack||I am looking at a low mileage 231. how do these turkish made tractors hold up? What breaks?
I am just worried about quality. the tractor size fits the bill fo my 100 acres. since I cash rented the ground I just need something to mowe with and to push some snow in the winter.
|Steve||I have a 92 model 231 with 3526.4 hours on it before the gauge quit working. I bought it when it was 4 years old and have only replaced the normal parts that wear out, battery, alternator, brakes. This tractor can pull a 5' set of 16" discs with no problem and has baled many a hay as well as bush hogging countless acres. It's hard to beat a MF.
