|David||I have and old Massey harris or massey ferguson would like to get a manual for repairs i believe it is a 1947 it has a 4 cyl engine and a 3 point hitch The numbers on tye side of tye engine are MFC140G 24744. where else might there be a model number thank you David
Saw you’re posting on your tractor; I have an attachment I can send you that asks lots of questions for you to find the answers to and send back.
From your replies I should be able to give you the information you are looking for.
As most of these tractors are about 50 years old, parts may have been replaced and even new engines fitted, therefore the more question you answer, you will give me a better chance of ID it for you
I work out of original Ferguson books and information that I have gathered over the years which give reference to all models built in England up to the MF65 (many models were exported) also I have records on tractors built in Detroit and classified as TO-20, 30, 35
