|Paul Groudas||Hi,I have a 1978 40B MF Manual shuttle 6 speed transmission, I changed the hydraulic oil the other day and since then the three point hitch doesn't work properly. When I first start the tractor the lift won't go up, raising the rpm's still won't lift.If I idle it down the lift raises, rev it back up and it drops like a rock, Back to idle and lift gos up.If I run the tractor for a while it starts to work properly.Turn off tractor and start back up still works. Next day after tractor cools off the same thing all over again.
Fluid level is fine,I used the proper fluid. Is there a pickup screen that could be plugged and need to be cleaned? The owners manual doesn't mention one.Or is that wishful thinking?
Any help would be appreciated!
