|bill ondriezek||Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this conversion? I have the alternator but am not quite sure what other wiring changes need to be done? any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to get an older tractor running. It has been dormant for years.
|Billy McCarver||You might try getting a set of operator and shop manuals. If your alternator is the one wire type, the changes are simple. You will need a resister to put in on the battery side of the coil. Lights will also need to be changed from 6v to 12v bulbs. Somewhere else in this forum, another is doing the same and was told that ssb tractor sells a diagram.
