Massey TO35 Throttle spring

Darren Exendine I am a bit confused. I disassembled my Massey in September to rebuild it. I almost ready to start it. I have everything together except the large stout throttle spring hanging from the clamp on the throttle shaft supported at the thermostat housing. The govener is attached to the same shaft. What the heck does the spring attach to? Did I misplace a bracket or mounting part?
Darren Exendine It would be cool if a picture of this area could be sent to me. djfam06@ktis.net dial up. darren.exendine@kraft.com DSL
to35fan the spring attaches to the thermastat housing.there is a small hole above where the gov. rod goes through
