TO 20 Lift and let down problem

Sonny Karnes The tractor would not lift, pulled the pump and found valves stuck and a spring on the bottom valve was broken, replaced the spring and freed up the stuck valves , put the pump back in with fresh oil and now the unit will lift and will not come down.....Do you have an suggestions? Thanks
Sonny Karnes

AJ The only thing I can suggest is that the control valve is not moving to the lower position,go to the site below and click on hydraulics 3/4 way down the page, there is a simple drawing of the workings, there are a couple of pages on the subject.
