On my MF 245, my fuel gauge used to not work. I bought a new float and installed, and now it works, but the needle on the gauge, when operating the tractor. fluctuates back and forth about a half inch. I think I need a new gauge, too......what do you all think?
|chief 83||I just changed the sending unit on my 245 this weekend. It has a full tank of diesel so I can't tell if it's going to act like yours or not. Nice to have the gauge working again, even if it moves around when operating. At least I'll have a clue when I start out.
