TE31423, I think that it's a '20' but I'm not positive. Any advise?

Thanks, I was negotiating for a sale of this tractor for the sum of $300. I have been told that this is a 'honey of a deal' by an unaffected third party. Do you have any idea what something like this is really worth? I know that sight unseen is hard, but it's in really good shape, no real sheet metal damage (bump in the front grill) and complete!
