|tod||I've found a MF 135 for sale for $2700. It looks rough but runs good. It gives a little puff of smoke when staring. Is this a fair price. Also, this tractor does not have power steering, is this something that can be added on?
|Keith||Sounds a touch high. I know the puff of smoke would be related to the valve guides going bad. I just bought a 1987 model MF240 for $4500 and it's in great shape. Call your local MF dealer and ask what the book shows for this model they can give you a good idea.
|tod||Thanks for the tip. I didn't know there was a blue book on tractors. I'll call my local MF dealer.
