TO35 TRYING TO REMOVE LIFT ARMS

bob HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE STUD SPINNING WHEN LOSSING THE NUT THAT HOLDS THE LIFT ARM ON THE STUD. SHE IS SPINNING FREELY AT THE TRACTOR IS THERE A WAY OF GETTING TO THE LOCKNUT INSIDE THE TRACTOR TO TIGHTEN UP THE STUD IF THERE IS A NUT ?? CAN I REACH ANY THING FROM THE INSPECTION PLATE ON THAT SIDE WERE THE OIL DIP STICK IS
GEEBEE No Bob, they are taper-lock pins with a nut on the inside, they can only be accessed by removing the axle housing, you can reach both of them from the left side if you remove the differential ring gear and carrier.
