road gear on Massey 150?
|Don Moore||I was told that a road gear exists on my 1972 Massey 150 (3-cyl. Perkins diesel, 3 speed, with 2 range transfer case), and that it was located between reverse and second. I can't find it...is it there?
|GEEBEE||You won't find one Don 'cause it ain't there, just 6 forward, 2 reverse, 6th gear was plenty fast on mine !!
|Robert||The gear has popped out of the housing that swaps high to low range. I can put it back but what holds it there. I see no sign of a keeper. Please help.
