Scraper (on the back) will raise (only when in gear and driving) won't raise unless your moving tracktor, but won't stay up. Is this a bad seal? or pump someone had told me it was a return line seal gone bad.

|Jeff M||My To-35 does the same thing. I was told it is a seal that needs replacing. the tractor will probably need to be torn in half to repair it, so I just deal with it.
|jim||if your tractor only has a single stage clutch tea20 and some fe35's you need to be moving or stationary with it in nuetral and clutch out for hydraulic pump to operate. will not work with clutch in. sound's also like seals will need replacing.try standpipe seals first.
