al godfrey I have a small drain/plug or threaded hole under clutch on 3 cyl version. Should there be a plug
installed? Should this be retaing or contain hydrallic oil?

GEEBEE If you mean the drain hole on the bottom of the bellhousing, it is there to allow any oil that may leak into that area to drain out, it should have a split pin in it to keep out debris. If you have hyd oil leaking from it you likely have a trans input seal leaking.
