Worth of MF 40 backhoe

Robert We were cleaning out my wife's grandfathers yard,
and found a backhoe! It is a MF40 with a 3 cylinder
Perkins diesel. The tractor was bought in 1980 as new
according to the elderly gentleman. The machine is
intact and runs very well. Minor rust in some areas.
The engine was overhauled approximately 3 years ago when
the gentleman retired. I believe it to be a MF 40 Industrial.
A sticky clutch seems to be the only problem with it.
The bucket/ boom in the back I believe has a 15 foot reach.
It has 400lbs of weight for the front, and a dozer blade that
attaches to the front end when the loader is removed.
The gentleman also has 5 buckets to go with it, ranging
from 16 inch to 24 inch.
I can't seem to find any value for a MF 40 on any web sites.
Any ideas out there on how much it is worth? Someone saw
the darn thing and wants to buy it.
Any ideas on worth would be helpful.
Thanks in advance!
robert
