MF202 3 point hitch

Kim I have a MF202 that has a bushhog attached. I cut some pasture grass with it a month ago and it worked great. Now it doesn't raise up or down. The PTO works fine. I don't know if the 3 point hitch is messed up or if there is something simple that I'm not doing. Any ideas would be greatful.
Bobby Check to be sure that the rod going into the hydralic system from the lever that you move to raise and lower the arms is actually moving. I just had a similar problem with my MF240. A pin had broke, and my lift was stuck down and would not move. Does your lift leak down after sitting a while then raise back to the same position after starting the tractor?
