does anybody know, how to dismount the steering wheel ? In the center of the steering wheel there is
a wheel for fixing and relaesing the vertical adjustment.
|ross||First you need to take the emblem off of the center of the steering wheel, just pry up on it with a small screwdriver. Next there will be a nut that holds everything in place on a threaded rod. After that take the wheel off of the center then there will be a nut on the steering shaft holding the steering wheel down onto the spleens. Hope this helps.
|joe||i have fluid shooting out the front of the power steering housing. am trying to take steering wheel off. i got the nut off threaded rod, what's next? i'm hoping the housing will slip up off after removing steering wheel? i already removed four bolts at bottom of housing. any suggestions would be much appreciated!
