|J Shumaker||I have a John Deere 116 lawn tractor with three attachments. Needs a new paint job and maybe a seat but otherwise runs great. We were going to restore it but must sell it because of job loss. What should I ask for it?
|bontai Joe||Not knowing what attachments you have, I can't guess to their value. The tractor itself is probably worth between $200 and $500, depending on condition.
|treed||Where are you at? Which attachments do you have?
|J Shumaker||We're just northeast of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The attachments are a plow blade, a dethatching rake, and a mower. It has a new battery, runs fine, good shape except for seat and paint. We bought a couple of cans of "John Deere" yellow and green paint awhile back to fix it up.
Thanks for the pricing suggestions. We hate to sell it but have to pay the mortgage soon!
