dave tg stops running afther 45 min. of cutting
Dave Dave - Will it restart right away, or does it have to cool off first? This could be a coil problem, or the fuel cap vent could be plugged. Next time it occurs, loosen the fuel cap and see if that resolves the problem. If so, a new cap may be all you need. If it does not fix the problem, I'd look at the coils. The coils on this engine are notorious for failure. When they get hot, too much resistance develops and the spark energy is restricted. I don't have the specs on checking the coils, but hopefully someone will be able to post that information. Good luck - Dave
Tommy Fuller 345 stops running after 10 minutes or so,it will restart after it cools down, but is hard to start.I aws told the ignition igniter may be bad,but at a cost of $299.00 and no return I am hesitant to try this. Anyone have any other suggestions.
