My 2004 GT 235 B&S twin 18 hp seems to run to rich. At full throttle with the mower turning it's ok. In the mid ranges of idle and running it runs rough with black smoke coming out of the exhust. I can't find the high speed carb. adjustment. Does anybody know where to make this adjustment on these newer models?
Any help plese.
|Dean Rivard||If this is similar to the 2001 model, there is no adjustment for high speed. The GT235 I'm working on has a similar problem, but all speeds, new $103 carb didn't help. If you come up with an answer. let me know. May need to get with a tech rep from Briggs on this one.
