hydraulic pump 89' 1450

greenrider hello got a problem with my hydraulics. Been coming for awhile a few months back i ran a little low on hydro fluid and my hydraulics got real jumpy so i replaced the filter and runn it. it seemed better for about a week so i drained it out and put another filter on thinking when it ran low it sucked up some junk into the filter. it seemed better up until about 2 weeks ago, my hydraulics are barley working real slow and jerky like the pump is going bad, it seems to get worse as the tractor warms up. which makes me think it is the pump, but if any of you are familiar with this set up the hydro pump and hydro steering pump are connected so my steering is not working too well either i am hoping that it is something simple and cheap but am not sure what do you think????
