2640 JD Hard to start
|lester||I have a 2640 with 2 new 1000 cranking amp battery's and it has to crank way too much to start. Runs fine after start, no excessive smoking or blow by. Please help. thanks lester
|Leonard||Have your starter checked to make sure it isn't draggy! All the battery in the world won't make it spin the engine fast enough to start. Check this first. Then have your engine compression checked.
|lester||will have starter checked. thanks leonard
