5300 hyd problems
|brett harrison||Tractor has no pressure at all.No rockshaft,steering,or selector valves.Changed filter and fluid,cleaned pickup screen.Anyone seen these pumps fail under 6000 hours?
|Leonard||Yes! This sounds like a broken shaft in your pump. Sorry! This isn't a cheap fix either. I would look at salvage pumps before I would look at new. Good luck!
|Scot||My 6300 had the same problem. Mine turned out to be a small control valve that was plugged with brake linning that had broke down and traveled through the system. The orifice is only about an 1/8 of an inch. Replaced valve, all is good.
