JD 310B

Thomas Hello:
I have a JD 310B and have replaced starter, alternator, batteries, destroke valve, regulators, fuel filter, air filter, hydraulic shut off solenoid, cleaned all lines, and most recently had the fuel injection pump reconditioned. I have spent alot of time and money trying to get this machine to start. It started but then the next day i tried and it s very hard to start. I haven't been able to start it since any suggestions?

John Heine Are you getting voltage to electric destroke valve? Should have voltage when cranking. To see if hyd pump is the problem take coupler off pump drive then try to start tractor.
thepumpguysc Does it have a Stanadyne {roosa master} injection pump? Alot of times the return line will get plugged-up due to the "previous" problem {flex ring failure}..Before attempting to start it this time remove the return line and connector from the top of the pump..and try to start it...IF it fires-up.. the problem is a restricted return connector or return line to the tank.{if you cant get fuel OUT, you cant get fuel IN} Good Luck and keep us posted.. TPG
Thomas Garza Well it seems that the mechanic i paid to put the injection pump didnt time the machine. After another friend mechanic from the airforce timed it it started. he stated that he still needed to adjust the rack. whatever that is because the manifold on fuel injector number 3 is not getting hot the way the others are. any suggestions
