x520 doesn't want to go up hills

Scott I have a x520 with only 75 hours on it. It does not want to go up hills in reverse and is extremely slow going forward. It acts like there's not enough power. I always have the throttle at full RPM.

Any idea's?

Dave Scott - Check that the freewheel lever is fully pushed "in". It's located at the rear of the tractor. Make sure you have the proper amount of fluid in the transmission. It used JD Low Viscocity HyGard. The fluid tank and fill are located at the rear of the tractor. Check the drive belt to see if it's frayed, or lacking proper tension. - Dave
