John Deere 2010
|Daryl Booren||I just took my hydraullic control valve off and had it professionally reconditioned and lost quite a bit of hydraulic oil in the process. Where do I add oil and is it just basic transmission oil or is there a type I need to buy? LAstly how much oil do I add is there a dipstick with indicator?I just ordered the service manual today but I would like to begin using the tractor sooner than it will ship to me.
|Sam Johnson||Just changed hydraulic oil in my 1962. Manual called for special JD oil that is not made anymore. My JD Dealer parts rep suggested normal hydraulic oil which I have installed and tested. Not used under heavy load yet, tho.
