STX38 grease type?
|Chris||Hi again. Me with another dumb question. I see many grease fittings on my STX38. I want to grease these, but what type of grease do I use? I see them on the steering, spindles, etc. Do they all use the same grease? ANy help is apprecisted. I still don't have a manual yet, so I am flying blind :(
Thanks in advance,
|Dave||Chris - I use JD polyurea multi-purpose grease. But any good quality brand of multi-purpose grease, resistant to washout and able to withstand high temperatures (mower deck spindles get hot), would be fine. - Dave
|Chris||Thank you Dave, that's what I needed.
