|Steve||Can anyone tell me what the factory carb settings are for a GT245? Can't seem to get it running right since I ran it out of gas. Have done a thorough carb cleaning and replaced fuel filter but now can't get carb adjusted right. Also, there are 2 adjustments. Which one does what? Thx in advance.
|Steve||btw, it has a 20hp Kawi v-twin air cooled engine
|Mike||Should be an idle mixture screw, and an idle screw. The idle screw comes up against the throttle linkage, and the mixture screw below that. Start the idle mixture about 1.5 turns out. Then fine tune it till it runs smooth. Then adjust the idle.
