|richard||just purchased this tractor not running. sat for 6 months. got running runs good. steering works fine. 3 pt dont go up, plenty of oil on dip stick on top of tranny, if that is where it goes. it also has a controle valve to orerate loader, but loader is off tractor now. is there some lever or screw adjustment to do when loader is not in use to prevent 3pt hitch from going up.? what could be wrong?
|DC||I think the screw valve below the seat controls the rate to the three point.
|Dave||Similar problem on a 650. Valve is open, oil level correct. Powere steering works but 3 pt. doesn't. Changed hyd. oil filter and refilled fluid. Tractor was dormant for two years but before it was shut down 3 pt. worked fine. Actuator valve for 3 pt lever seems to move OK. Could it be sticking internally?
