|KEITH||PLEASE HELP : REPLACED TRANS, REBUILT STEERING,REPLACED HY. PUMP, MACHINE IS NOT GETTING ENOUGH FLUID TO STEER LEFT OR RIGHT, TURNS VERY, VERY SLOW AND HAS NO BRAKE PRESSURE
ANY INFO WILL BE GREAT
|Brewster||Tractors have a priority valve to allow you to steer and brake, if system pressure is low. It diverts all available oil to the steering and brakes so you can maintain control. Your loader may have a similar setup. Its possible the valve has a problem, but usually is an indicator of overall low system pressure. Now you understand why we need to know if any hydraulics are working. You've already made a substantial investment. The fastest way to fix this is to hire some with the tools and experience to locate the problem quickly.
|Brewster|| It can be something as simple as a clogged suction screen in the tank or much more complex.
