|jpike||Engine turns well but will not crank. Changed plugs, cranked right up, ran engine about 15 minutes everything went well. Turned engine off, tried to restart..same problem engine turns but will no crank.Help!

What year 318? If it's a pre-1987, it will have points and condensor. Could be the points are out of time (gap should be set to 0.016"), or they are toast.
Could also be a safety interlock issue, but normally the engine will not turn over (crank) if that's the cause.
Perhaps the coil is weak or the plug wires are bad.
