4300 John Deere

Donnie Frazier I have a 2000 John Deere 4300 with the standard collar shift with a wet clutch. It started getting very hard to get into gear. It would scrub terribly when trying to get it into any gear. In the summer it was not as bad. In the winter months I would have to let it warm up for about 20 to 30 minutes and then I could get it into gear. Now it has got to the point it will not go into gear at all. I adjusted the linkage less than a 1/4" and the tractor will go into gear without scrubbing but then will not move. Move the linkage back and then it will not go into gear again. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks,

Donnie Frazier
