8N carburetor floods when on side slope
|Steve Maxey||The new carb on my 8n works well except when the tractor is on a left side slope (left side lower than right). Carb seems too flood out. No problem when level or on a right side slope. I'm baffled; any suggestions?
|Bob G||Sounds like the float is hanging up not shutting off the fuel as it should. I would open it up and check for the proper float adjustment and look for bent float arms. Also check to make sure the float is not full of fuel or at lest one side.
|rof||Havr the same problem with my new carb on 2n not flot adjustmrnt set a quartet inch will check again for bad flot any outher ideas?
