Re: John Deere Riding Lawn mower LA130

Rhonda Bierer I have a John Deere LA130 riding lawnmower and it does not want to pull me up the hill where do I put the transmission fluid. I don't have a manual I bought it used. I seen that this seems to be a common theme for this particular riding mower and I am sorry I even bought it. It was suppose to make life easier.. LOL....
ponymare A lot of the less expensive mowers, including john deere have a throw away drive axel, no mantainance can be done. They are factory filled and sealed, when they go bad, put in a new one. But you might check the drive belt, if its got lots of cracks, or sides worn down, it can slip, good luck.
