anyone know what this is from a Case Int'll?

Hello Everyone

Hoping someone might recognise the jumper in the photo. Ive been merrily topping in my Case Int'll, stopped to fill up with diesel, turned on the key (have power) but when turning the key to turn over the engine - nothing. Found the little jumper lead on the floor by the pedals but can't see where it belongs to.

AJ Someone was using that little jumper to connect two wires together if those are two male ends on the wire,if two female ends it would fit on a a switch or relay in either case it was bypassing something, the starting circuit will have a neutral start switch, that's the first thing to check, see if the wires are attached to it,what tractor do you have,be careful if you are starting the tractor at the starter motor, make sure its out of gear and the brake secure, cross the light wire with the main cable momentarily.
