More than likely its the antirollback linkage that is bent or sized up,the rod linkage that is on the right side connected to the tilt link is for to tilt the bucket forward as you lift it,as the frame goes up that linkage moves the valve and the bucket cylinders tilt the bucket forward so it won't tilt back too much and the material falls out over the back of the bucket,the return to dig can be affected too even though it electric,check the linkage.
