Good morning, I am hoping for some advice please. My lift would not stay up for more than a few seconds, and now it will not even raise. Some research told me that the most common problems are bad piston rings/worn cylinder, bad pressure relief valve or maybe a blown top cover gasket. I have removed all and inspected. Other than some minor scoring on the piston and cylinder, I don't see a problem there...and the pressure relief valve looks OK (plunger and spring)Not sure about the top gasket...
Can I trust this visual inspection or should I just replace all? Or should I be looking for something else?
