I guess I gave you bad info. on the plug in the bottom of the carb. I see that your original ignition switch is missing. It used to be in that hole on the side of the steering column. So I would have to guess that the toggle switch under that orange thing you marked 'A' is the on and off switch. What is that orange thing anyway?
