Engine runs great, however, tractor sat around for a long time and the left wheel will not turn, brake must be locked up from moisture in rear end,any suggestions? Where can I get a manual and parts for this tractor? thanks!

Yanmar brakes are mechanical (not hydraulic) and straightforward. Support the rear axle well and, with help, remove the wheels (not necessary but recommended). Free up and lubricate as required. Consider replacing at least the two springs per side. Parts from any yannie dealer; get contact info from earlier posts below.
