Steve	I am looking at a 2210 2wd with the Bulldog loader. The tractor has only 548 hours and is extremely clean My concern is , how do I tell if it is one of the infamous REFURBISHED tractors this is a private party not a dealer, Also it has the multi speed PTO which I have heard is a tell tale that it is a grey market unit. Price is $5500.00 any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Steve
Al	You can tell it's a "grey" by the model number as well as the extra PTO speeds and other things, but there's lots of happy owners of greys around. There's no way of telling if it's a bone-yard resurrection, but I doubt greys leave Japan with as few hours as this one would have to have had. Price is "high ball-park." Suitability depends on intended use. For instance, a loader is useful and costly but on a 2WD invites traction problems. OK if you'll use it on solid level ground with nothing too heavy in the bucket, and no real excavating. When you test it, see if you can load the bucket, then try backing up an incline.
wayne	Bulldog loader=vn recon. Ask where the distributor is for Bulldog loaders, or the list of servicing dealers for Bulldog loaders. Ask that about Koyker and any dealer handling them should be able to direct you to an extensive list on the Koyker website. The Bulldog and Vtech loaders are proprietary to the vn recon units, and have been problematic when parts are needed.
