wide front oliver 70 , should i buy it?

jim/wis i have a chance to buy an oliver 70rowcrop with factory wide front.also has dual exhaust . its not a pretty sight , the normal engine needs rebuilding , tires are worn rusty sheet metal ,, no side cutains, the owner wants 500.00 firm, anyone have a an idea if i should CONSIDER IT. THANKS
