Oliver 1365 Hydraulics

Larry HI have an Oliver 1365 and last winter the hydraulics froze because of water, and broke the return line from the pump. I brazed the line and put it back together. After that incident it would only work sporatically. An example would be that after several minutes in the up position the lift would start working and would work until I shut the tractor off again. When I restarted the tractor, it would take several minutes before the hydraulics would start working again. Then they stopped working altogether. If I take the bottom hydraulic line off that feeds the hydraulic filter, the oil will drain out, but it will not get to the filter. Can someone tell me the problem and how to fix it? What repair manual would i need? Thanks in advance. Larry
