White 550 transmission fluid - 80/90 weight?

John I'm in the process of replacing some needle bearings in the transmission of my 1970 White 244LL loader that has a 513 back hoe attachment. The tractor is a White 550 with 4 speeds and a forward reverse shuttle. I'm thinking about using 80/90 weight gear oil in the transmission when I'm finished assembling it. I figured since the machine is old and there is some wear on the gear etc. that this might be better than the trans/hydraulic fluid from tractor supply that I have been using. Please advise so I don't make a critical mistake. Thanks, John
