|Phil||A year before my dad passed away, he found, bought, and professionally completely restored his dad?s first tractor .
It is a 1949 Oliver Rowcrop 77.
My dad?s older brother wants to buy it and I need help coming up with a fair market price.
Obviously, it is worth something extra to my dad?s brother to have this tractor, but is also worth something to us that the tractor stays in the family. So, not considering sentimental value, what is a fair market price?
Thanks for you input.
