U moline electrical question
|Brandon||My U has a positive ground generator...I am replacing the coil, how can I tell if it is 6 or 12 volt?
I just got the tractor, it's always had a 12 volt battery and there are no resistors on it.
probably a stupid question but thanks for the help....
|rvirgil||A 12 volt battery would require a 12 volt coil(no external resistor required) or a 6 volt coil with resistor.
With positive ground, the positive + post on coil goes to distributor.
