1941 Moline tractor part

Marv Kuehl Jr. My dad has a 1941 Minneapolis Moline RTI model tractor with a front end loader which he dearly loves. Up until last Saturday, he still worked it like a horse, but unfortunately the horse has come up lame. The bracket on the inside of the left wheel that attaches the wheel to the front axle (looks like a C with holes in the top and bottom for a pin to fit through) broke, and we can't find a replacement. Anybody have any ideas?
Wayne If you can post a picture, it may be helpful. This sounds, by your description, to be a cast iron part. I would guess that if it is, you could have a local machinist use the broken part and cast a new one. It would not be cheap, but on something that old, you may only have that option. If it is a welded up piece, take it to a local welder and have them make a new one. Hope this works out.
