I'm having a small problem with the power steering, I keep adding fluid and I don't see a leak anywhere. Where's it all going?
|Ian Crawford||: Hello,
: I'm having a small problem with the power steering, I keep adding fluid and I don't see a leak anywhere. Where's it all going?
The steering fluid is probably leaking into the engine via the pump shaft seal, check the engine oil level to see if it has risen slightly, also check the breather on the steering pump resivoir it may be blocked, if all else fails repair pump shaft and replace seal.
|Tim Blaise||Maybe it is hiding. No. I think that it is escaping on the lines of the pump. Try to find it now.
