TO30 rear lift arms

David Waters	Why does my lift arms only work when the pto is engaged? That is the only way the arms will go up.
Geoff	David the pto won't work any other way on your tractor....The hydraulic pump is driven through the pto shaft which must be engaged as your tractor only has a single stage clutch....there is nothing wrong mechanically it's the way the tractor was designed and built.....regards....Geoff
David Waters	So let me get this correct. The only way the lift arms will lift is with the pto shaft spinning?
