fuel problems
| Bruce | I have a 70's Massey with a AD4-203 in it. I had the fuel pump go bad and put a electric in it and have changed the fuel filters. There was a lot of water in the 1st filter. I have tried to bleed out the air from the injector pump. I have used top and bottom plugs but still not fuel comes out the individual lines when I crack open the fuel injector lines. Any help would be appreciated.

| Geoff | Bruce water and injector pumps do not go well together....chances are that the fuel pump has seized or the metering valve inside has stuck....either way I'm sorry to say if you have an adequate supply of fuel to the injector pump and nothing coming out it looks like you will have to take your pump for repair....Geoff

| Bruce | Thanks Geoff. I was afraid of that. I did pull the top off the injector pump and the assembly attached to the throttle was stuck. I freed it up and I'm getting some fuel now but it isn't very happy yet. THanks again for the help. Bruce |
